Later Mr. Naleem and Mr. Rizwan went to Germany in September 2019 and gave a full hope in revamping their entire IT operations and also to reduce the operational cost spent on IT. Based on the proposal the contract was signed between Coda and V-LINE in revamping their IT systems and operations.
In October 2019 a very lean team is formed to initiate the SAP activities and to conduct the Business meetings with V-LINE. By end of November 2019 Mr.Murugappan travelled to Germany for four weeks to study their SAP system in detail and to give a proposal to enhance their SAP system.
Initially in the first week the basic assessment of their current SAP system was analysed and proposed a high-level plan in enhancing their current system and to upgrade the system to the latest package and addressing all their Business challenges to the top-level management.
