Asset Master Data Standardization and Enhancement for 600,000 Electricity and Water assets across the Emirates. We developed a structured approach using SAP and GIS systems to categorize, map, and physically verify assets, ensuring ISO 14224 compliance. From water production to electricity distribution, each asset’s condition and location were meticulously recorded for seamless integration into the asset management system.
